I’m Sheri, and I've been where you are

I gained 30kg from my old relationship with food. I hid wrappers down at the bottom of the bin. I deleted the UberEats app over and over again, vowing to stop spending money on food I didn’t need. I ruined more than just my body. I ruined relationships, my social life, my friendships because my relationship with food was not healthy. I wasted YEARS in this restrictive/overeating cycle that you might be finding yourself in right now.

I have now been binge-free for 9 years (and have helped over 750 women break out of their own binge/restrict cycle too!) Not because I have more willpower than you. Not because I'm ‘fixed’ (PSA: I was never broken!) But because I figured out what actually works - and it's not what anyone else is teaching you.
